Join us to for a special community day to mark the 171st Anniversary of the Eureka Stockade. There will be free face painting, craft activities, games, music and more. This special celebration has something for the whole family to enjoy.

Join us for a rehearsed reading by Overlook Productions of ‘The Silver Stars of Freedom’ - a 1935 play by female playwright Florence Spriggins inspired by the Eureka Stockade.

Join us for a guided walking tour from Old Government Camp to the site of the Eureka Stockade. Find out about Ballarat as it was during the time of Eureka and the remnants left behind. This tour will go for 90 minutes and requires participants to walk a significant distance.

An illustrated talk by Peter Freund about how the Eureka Stockade was remembered and brought to life in literature, performance and the visual arts.

Join us at the historic Eureka Monument for a commemorative service to mark the 171st anniversary of the Eureka Stockade. Followed by a complimentary breakfast at the Eureka Centre.
