Supervision
Our Terms and Conditions of Entry apply
Students remain the responsibility of visiting supervising teachers at all times. School groups will adhere to the required ratio of 1:20 for day excursions. This may be extended for secondary students only.
Students will be guided through their excursion in groups of roughly 20, under the constant direction of our teaching staff. Eureka Centre Education staff will maintain appropriate control over sessions. However, for the comfort and safety of your group and other visitors to the Eureka Centre, ultimate duty of care for student behaviour and supervision lies with visiting teachers.

Toilets
Please ensure you have factored in times for a toilet break before your excursion is due to commence. Programs will need to be shortened when they do not start on time.
We recommend utilising the public toilets in the Eureka Stockade memorial park, next to the Eureka Hall (see map below) upon arrival, as facilities within the centre are limited and it takes a long time to move a large school group through.

Food and drink are not permitted in the exhibition space. Students should place food or drink in their bags before entering the museum.
There are limited undercover breakout spaces for students to have their lunch or morning/afternoon tea.
